WiThrottle will run with any JMRI version 2.7.9 or newer.  JMRI version 2.8 is the newest production version and is considered a stable release.  It will run WiThrottle 1.1 without any changes, but will not have dual throttles or roster list/function labels.

This plug-in adds all of the latest features of WiThrottle 1.1 to JMRI 2.8 when added to the JMRI folder.  JMRI 2.8 is the only version that will benefit from this plug-in, it will not enhance 2.9.5 or newer.
